About 2 Less known county

1.Papua new guinea
Papua New Guinea, in the southwestern Pacific, encompasses the eastern half of New Guinea and its offshore islands. A country of immense cultural and biological diversity, it’s known for its pristine beaches and coral reefs.
The The interiors of the country have vast tropical forests which are home to some of the most ancient tribes in the world (remember Jarawas?). Indeed, it is one of the few places in the world where you could see people nakedly hunting-gathering even today. Modern technology have not penetrated in the interiors.

2.East Timor (Timor-Leste)
It is a small country in South East Asia, located about 640 km northwest of Darwin, Australia. It comprises the eastern half of the island of Timor, the other half occupied by Indonesia. Now, there are a number of reasons why this small nation could be fascinating, especially for Indians:
  1. Having problem pronouncing? ‘Dili’ is the capital of East timor. As they say, ‘chalo dili’.

2. A country of contrast: If by looking at the above picture you think east timor is another malaysia or singapore, it is not. The country was long colonised by the Portuguese(remember Goa, Daman & Diu and Dadar?). The capital is the perhaps the only developed region in the entire country with its only university and only airport. It has most of the country’s industries and Portuguese influence on architecture can still be witnessed.
